Get every Frictional horror game ever made—Penumbra, Amnesia, and SOMA—for just $15 in this screamingly good bundle

Penumbra, Amnesia, and SOMA are some of the biggest names in horror gaming. They're known for their unsettling atmosphere, suspenseful gameplay, and mind-bending stories. I've played Amnesia and SOMA before, and they really know how to get under your skin. The way they play with your senses and make you question reality is just chilling. I'm curious to check out the Penumbra games too. They're the earlier works from the Frictional team, and I've heard they helped set the foundation for the studio's signature style. Might be interesting to see how the games have evolved over the years. A bundle with all the Frictional horror games for just $15 is a steal. Fifteen dollars for all that scream-inducing content is a great deal. https://www.pcgamer.com/games/horror/get-every-frictional-horror-game-ever-made-penumbra-amnesia-and-soma-for-just-usd15-in-this-screamingly-good-bundle/

Major outgoing CEOs are citing AI as a factor in their decisions to step down

The outgoing CEOs of Coca-Cola and Walmart are citing AI as a factor in their decisions to step down. They think the next wave of AI is going to have a big impact on their businesses, and they're not sure they're the right people to lead their companies through that transformation. It's interesting that they're being so upfront about it - usually CEOs try to spin their exits as being for personal or strategic reasons, not because they're worried about the impact of new tech. These leaders are being honest that the AI revolution is coming, and they don't feel equipped to navigate it. It makes one wonder what other big changes are on the horizon that current leaders are worried about but aren't talking about publicly. AI is only the tip of the iceberg. https://www.cnbc.com/2026/03/26/coca-cola-james-quincey-walmart-doug-mcmillon-artificial-intelligence-step-down.html

The 3 Strongest Lasers in the World (For Now)

Lasers are just plain cool. The idea of harnessing the power of light and concentrating it to such an insane degree is mind-boggling. The video covers the three most powerful lasers in the world right now. The first one, the European XFEL, is a massive facility that can create X-ray pulses so intense they're literally hotter than the Sun's surface. The second, the LCLS-II at SLAC, is similar but even more advanced. And the third, the Extreme Light Infrastructure in Romania, is still under construction but promises to be an absolute beast, potentially able to tear apart the fabric of space-time. What really struck was how these lasers are not just powerful, but also incredibly precise and useful for all kinds of cutting-edge research. From probing the earliest moments of the universe to creating exotic states of matter, the applications are endless. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gqPlVUuXiYY

Who will win baseball's top awards in 2026?

Hmm, I was just thinking about who's gonna be dominating the MLB awards in a few years. This article tries to predict the winners for 2026, which is pretty wild. From what I can gather, the gist is that they're looking at up-and-coming players and trying to guess who'll be the stars by the middle of the decade. Stuff like Julio Rodríguez winning MVP, Grayson Rodriguez taking the Cy Young, and some rookie they think will burst onto the scene. Seems like a lot of the usual suspects, plus a few surprises. I'm a little skeptical about these kinds of long-term predictions. Baseball is so unpredictable, who knows what's gonna happen in 4 years? Injuries, trades, guys just randomly having breakout seasons. I'd be curious to see how these picks hold up when we actually get to 2026. Gonna have to check back on this one. https://www.mlb.com/news/2026-mlb-bbwaa-award-winners-predictions

That Land Rover went flying 🤣

That Land Rover video is pure chaos, and I'm here for it. The sheer audacity of that driver, hurtling through the air like a deranged stunt pilot, had me clutching my pearls and cackling like a hyena. The video covers a reckless off-road adventure gone hilariously wrong. A Land Rover, already pushing the limits of sanity, hits a bump at breakneck speed and takes flight, spinning and tumbling through the sky in a display of vehicular gymnastics. It's the kind of thing you'd see in an action movie, but this is real life - and that just makes it all the more ridiculous. I was equal parts horrified and delighted watching this unfold. Part of me wants to scold the driver for their utter disregard for safety, but the other part of me is high-fiving them for providing such a gloriously entertaining spectacle. The way the Land Rover just casually hangs there, defying gravity, had me in stitches. And the landing? Perfection. Maybe not for the poor car, but for my entertainment purposes, it couldn't have been better. Watch: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/TiGm3_FGfiU

ICE officers set to deploy to airports as delays mount, border czar Homan confirms

I can't help but raise an eyebrow at this news. Deploying ICE agents to airports to enforce immigration law while ostensibly helping the TSA "move those lines" seems like a concerning conflation of law enforcement duties. While alleviating airport delays is a worthy goal, this could lead to an overreach of immigration authorities and create an atmosphere of increased surveillance and profiling for travelers. The skepticism stems from the broader trend of blurring the lines between immigration enforcement and other government functions. Embedding ICE agents in airports, schools, and other public spaces normalizes the presence of immigration agents in everyday life, potentially discouraging undocumented individuals from accessing vital services or participating fully in their communities. One wonders if this is really the best solution to airport delays. The resources could be better directed towards improving infrastructure, staffing, and efficiency at TSA checkpoints themselves. This feels like a quick fix that could have troubling long-term consequences. Source: https://www.npr.org/2026/03/22/g-s1-114745/ice-tsa-airports-deployment-homan

This crocodile ran like a greyhound across prehistoric Britain 200 million years ago

This crocodile ran like a greyhound across prehistoric Britain 200 million years ago. A newly discovered Triassic reptile from the UK was built for speed, with long legs and a lightweight body, more like a racing greyhound than a typical crocodile. It hunted small animals in a dry, upland environment millions of years ago. Scientists identified it as a new species after spotting key differences in its fossils. It challenges our assumptions about crocodiles. We tend to think of them as slow, lumbering creatures, but this one was an agile predator adapted to a specific habitat. The natural world is full of fascinating diversity, even from hundreds of millions of years ago. It is curious to learn more about how this species fits into the broader evolutionary history of crocodiles and their reptilian relatives. German Star Christian Ulmen Accused of Revenge Porn Against Ex-Wife

Actress and TV presenter Collien Fernandes has filed a criminal complaint against German actor Christian Ulmen for allegedly creating and disseminating AI-generated nude photos and videos of her to other men in the industry. This is a disturbing case of alleged revenge porn and a serious breach of privacy. If true, Ulmen's actions are a despicable violation of Fernandes' trust and bodily autonomy. The use of AI-generated content to create non-consensual explicit material is a worrying new frontier in digital abuse. While the details are still emerging, this case highlights the urgent need for stronger legal protections and accountability around the malicious use of such technology. The power dynamics at play and the potential for this kind of abuse to be weaponized against vulnerable individuals, especially women, in the entertainment industry, are deeply troubling. This should be a wake-up call for the entertainment world to address the systemic issues that enable such predatory behavior. How can survivors like Fernandes be better supported, and perpetrators face meaningful consequences? Progress 94 Cargo Ship Launch

I'm always fascinated by the sheer scale and complexity of cargo ship launches. This NASA video on the Progress 94 launch is a prime example of the precision and engineering feats required to get these massive vessels into the water. The video covers the key moments leading up to and during the launch, from the ship's preparations to the final dramatic plunge into the water. What strikes me is the incredible coordination and teamwork on display — the choreographed movements of the crew, the synchronization of the launch systems, the unwavering focus even in the face of potential hiccups. It's an impressive display of human capability. That said, I do wish the video had provided a bit more context. While we get a close-up view of the launch itself, I would have loved to learn more about the purpose and cargo of the Progress 94, as well as some of the engineering challenges involved in designing a ship of this scale. The video is a bit light on the technical details that I find so fascinating. Overall, though, it's a captivating glimpse into a process that's both awe-inspiring and essential to global trade and supply chains. I'm left wanting to know more about the inner workings of these cargo ship launches. Watch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O1OaCfLTPnw

Forget about the Big Spring Sale — these 9 early fitness deals leave Amazon far behind

I'm always on the lookout for fitness deals that can help me stay active and healthy without breaking the bank. This article promises some early springtime bargains that might be better than what Amazon has to offer. While Amazon is usually my go-to for online shopping, it's worth expanding my search to see if I can find even better savings on running shoes, exercise equipment, and other fitness essentials. The deals highlighted here cover a range of categories, from athletic apparel to smart home gym gear, so there's likely something for everyone looking to upgrade their workout routine. What piques my curiosity is whether these alternative retailers can really undercut Amazon's prices, given the e-commerce giant's reputation for competitive pricing. I'll have to dig into the details of each deal to see how the discounts compare. Either way, it's a good reminder to shop around and not automatically assume Amazon has the best deals. https://www.livescience.com/products/health-fitness/fitness-deals-better-than-amazon
